01.System Overview & The Engineering Challenge
Property Peaker is a Next.js and NestJS real estate marketplace and multi-tenant agency management platform started in 2025 and currently in active development. The platform connects property buyers, tenants, and sellers while providing independent real estate agencies with dedicated branded portals to manage their agents, assign custom roles and permissions, and track listing performance. Super Admins monitor global platform telemetry and agency activity. Additionally, the system provides builder mathematical tools to convert land units across regional standards and estimate total house construction costs based on covered area and material grades.
Engineering a scalable real estate ecosystem with multi-tenant agency isolation, strict RBAC authorization across Super Admins, Agency Managers, and Agents, seamless multi-step form state management for rich listing media, and performant backend services in NestJS with PostgreSQL to execute dynamic construction cost algorithms and spatial property queries.
02.Ali's Specific Role & Deliverables
Ali is architecting the complete full-stack application using Next.js on the frontend, NestJS with modular architecture and RBAC guards on the backend, and PostgreSQL for relational multi-tenant persistence. He engineered the multi-role agency management system, custom permission matrix, Super Admin and agency telemetry dashboards, multi-step property creation wizard, and the builder land conversion and construction estimation suite.

Engineered a scalable multi-tenant access control system with NestJS guards and decorators, allowing Super Admins to manage agencies, and agencies to configure custom roles, permission policies, and employee assignments.
Builder Suite: Land Unit Conversion & House Cost Estimator
Developed high-precision mathematical algorithms converting regional land units (Marla, Kanal, Sq. Ft, Acres) and generating granular construction cost breakdowns (grey structure, finishing, materials) based on covered area and floor configurations.
Multi-Step Property Onboarding State Machine
Designed a robust multi-step property creation workflow with client-side validation, media uploads, spatial coordinate mapping, and draft saving, interfacing with NestJS transactional endpoints.
Super Admin & Agency Performance Telemetry Dashboards
Constructed segregated analytical dashboards delivering real-time insights into active listings, inquiry conversion rates, employee productivity, and platform-wide inventory health.
